A leading gold trading platform provider partnered with Achievers to build a new cloud-native solution on AWS, powering an application that covers gold savings, gold trading, and a Digital Wallet. Given the complexity of financial transactions and the high volume of user data, Achievers designed and deployed a scalable, security-hardened Amazon RDS architecture to support real-time transactions while protecting users’ financial data.

The solution leveraged Amazon Aurora (PostgreSQL) and MySQL RDS, protected by multiple layers of security controls including WAF, Kong API Gateway on Amazon EKS, IAM-based access via Security Groups, and secret management through HashiCorp Vault. Automated backups, encryption at rest and in transit, and real-time audit logging via AWS CloudTrail and Elasticsearch ensured full compliance and end-to-end operational visibility.
