A leading enterprise partnered with Achievers to build a secure, internal AI Agent platform powered by AWS Bedrock. The client required an AI solution that could process and reason over sensitive internal data without exposing it to external servers or third-party AI providers. Achievers designed a fully private AI infrastructure where all data remains within the organization’s AWS environment at all times.

The solution leveraged AWS Bedrock as the AI provider, with a structured Knowledge Base (Space) that separates internal data by topic and department. An Access Policy layer was configured to define and control what each AI Agent can access and search. Achievers then delivered a ready-to-deploy Agentic UI, enabling multiple AI Agent use cases including a Knowledge Search Agent for documents and SOPs, a Customer Service Agent for 24/7 automated responses, an Executive Report Agent for automated management summaries, a Sales & Marketing Agent for trend analysis and content generation, and an HR & Onboarding Assistant for employee self-service.
