Quickly set up, and modify business workflows easily due to ACE’s intuitive interface and its capability. Different workflows created and organized across teams and departments, making up the overall functionality of your business.

ABILITY TO SET VARIOUS WORK STATUS

Allows users to pre-define work status as many as required and to change work status given the designated roles. Allow multi users for one single role and pre-selected which role to perform which specific task in the work flow.

ABILITY TO SET VARIOUS CATEGORIES

Allow users to set many categories of workflow or task types in order to systematically group, view and monitor process.

AUTOMATION

Easily create conditional and automation rules to run repetitive steps in your workflows. Allows users to create jobs and start work flow in Transaction menu.

JOB IN-JOB OUT

Aggregate all work transactions or requests from multiple sources in an email box display format. Once transaction is accepted, the list will automatically be removed from “Job In/Out” menu. Generate “Job Release” to send out completed work or approved request to the next responsible user with any attachment files.

KPI AND REPORTING

Set lead time (SLA) for each job and automatically notify or send reminder to the assigned person if passing due date via email such as Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo and etc.

NOTIFICATIONS, REMINDERS, ESCALATIONS

Ensure that all operational flows or tasks competed as pre-defined schedule or according to SLA with Notification, reminders, and escalations features. Automatically send email alerts or show on Dashboard to the responsible user for prompt action. “Appointment Date” feature is always linked to “Reminder” in Dashboard to help remind for upcoming planned activities.
